Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Onsite presence is required, with a focus on customer-centric solutions and community engagement. You will drive local growth, cultivate long-term relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, ~20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete required training and development; uniforms may be provided.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual skills a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax scenarios and prepare amendments as needed.
• Lead local community outreach and build a base of long-term clients.
• Coordinate with cross-functional Intuit teams for comprehensive client support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and educate clients about tax planning.
