Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks outgoing professionals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. On-site in a TurboTax location, you will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

You will build local client relationships, drive growth in the community, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios with personalized guidance and access to Intuit resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, serving as the local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and a focus on client financial goals.
