Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the U.S. You will assist in-person customers with full service tax return prep, tax advice, and software support.

Represent TurboTax in the local community, grow the client base, and deliver personalized tax solutions while using marketing and product resources. This is a non-exempt, on-site role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail location, 20+ hours/week, Sundays included.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Ability to build local community presence and online content.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build trust for long-term relationships.
