Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, advisory services, and software support to customers in a retail setting, while building strong community relationships and expanding the local client base. This role emphasizes in-person client interactions, tax expertise, and customer-first service, with a focus on delivering accurate tax solutions and a positive customer

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns filed per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays–Saturdays, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to build local online presence for the TurboTax team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return prep and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Solve complex and simple tax situations using TurboTax tools and resources.
• Grow the local client base through community engagement and referrals.
