Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers with personal and business tax needs.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, partner with marketing, and build lasting relationships with clients while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with pro tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, ~20 hrs/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Use government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate solutions in plain language.
