Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base in the community, operate as a local ambassador, and participate in marketing efforts with TurboTax resources. This is an onsite, non-exempt, 20+ hour per week role.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for 20+ hours/week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax software tools.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
