Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and fostering long-term relationships.

The role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and leveraging marketing support to expand TurboTax’s reach in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building a client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships.
