Job summary

Intuit is seeking qualified TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping clients maximize refunds while guiding them through tax scenarios with personalized service.

Role emphasizes community engagement, local client growth, and a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers using TurboTax products.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional demeanor and accuracy.
