Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return prep, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and building community relationships.

The role is non-exempt and onsite, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and opportunities to leverage Intuit’s marketing and product resources to expand your practice within your community.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with new prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals.
