Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and fostering loyalty.

You will be a trusted advisor with tax expertise, engaging the community, driving growth, and collaborating with TurboTax marketing. The role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence.

Formación

• Must reside within the United States.
• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; PTIN required.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and plan ahead.
• Assist customers using TurboTax products and software with clear guidance.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit’s digital tools.
