Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while actively building a local client base and delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing support, and a front-facing retail environment with a flexible schedule and non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice using TurboTax products.
• Perform tax calculations and software support for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community engagement and local marketing efforts.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
