This non-exempt role emphasizes in-person service, marketing support, and opportunities to grow your client base through local outreach and referrals.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license preferred with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes and state licenses as needed.
• Minimum 3 years preparing federal/state returns using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public-facing ambassador
• Provide hands-on tax advice and full return preparation
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
