Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and contributing to community growth. The role emphasizes on-site availability, tax expertise, and customer-centric service in a retail environment, with opportunities for growth through marketing support and a strong pay-for-performance

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week.
• Able to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Grow TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships through local outreach and marketing.
