Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex tax situations with empathy and accuracy.

You will also grow the local client base, foster trust, and participate in community marketing efforts. The role is non-exempt, onsite, and requires availability across standard retail hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Onsite availability Sundays–Saturdays, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow the local client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools, addressing questions.
