Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Comfort onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours per week.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory and community outreach.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts to make taxes approachable.
