Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year‑round TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve customers in person, performing tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in a collaborative team of financial experts. You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships with the community, leveraging TurboTax marketing support and technology to empower success.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Must be comfortable working onsite, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and be the public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with marketing and use tools to deliver refunds and planning.
