Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. Provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while building local client relationships.

You’ll engage with the community, grow the TurboTax client base, and leverage marketing resources. This is a non-exempt, on-site role requiring at least 20 hours per week in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal & state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours weekly.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert per Intuit policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.
