Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to local customers, while building a local client base and community presence.

You’ll engage prospects, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and collaborate with marketing support to grow your TurboTax practice in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and grow client base in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
