Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in person, while helping grow the local client base and delivering strong customer experiences.

This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes community outreach, trust-building, and leveraging marketing resources to drive prosperous outcomes for clients and the company.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Identify deductions and plan future tax strategies with clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
