Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate federal and state returns while delivering friendly, professional service.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, build trust, and participate in community outreach with marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience preferred.
• Comfort working onsite in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term client relationships both in-person and via digital tools.
