Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite in a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and help clients navigate complex tax situations while growing the local TurboTax client base.

You will engage with customers directly in a front-facing retail environment, leveraging TurboTax tools and local marketing support. The role emphasizes community presence, relationship-building, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes.
• Must hold or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as applicable.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 requirements.
• Onsite retail presence 20+ hours per week in a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Build local relationships to grow TurboTax client base and engagement.
