Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, advise clients, and support local community growth while leveraging TurboTax tools and marketing support.

This is a non-exempt, on-site role with flexible hours in a retail environment. Responsibilities include hands-on tax preparation, client consultations, and building lasting relationships with local customers.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sites, professional tools, and team expertise.
