Job summary

Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. The role focuses on client delivery and KPI/SLA metrics while maintaining strong relationships with talent.

You will manage postings, market the local talent pool, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth, compliant process. A strong emphasis on customer service and data accuracy supports success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software and use MS Office effectively.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and plans workforce pipeline.
• Guides candidates through information about Adecco, offers, and training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and client needs.
• Performs candidate screenings in compliance with laws and policies.
• Maintains candidate records in the database.
