Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. The role emphasizes maintaining strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and meeting KPI/SLA targets to deliver excellent client service.

Key responsibilities include posting jobs, staffing strategy, interview facilitation, candidate coaching, and efficient onboarding in line with client and company requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of related work experience required.
• 2–5 years of experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented; strong MS Office and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems and manages recruitment submissions.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Maintains candidate records and builds a pipeline for future client needs.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates for assignments.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and clients and conducts post-interview debriefs.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies during prescreening.
