Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycles. You will maintain strong relationships, support talent pipelines, and help meet KPI and SLA targets for excellent client delivery.

Responsibilities include interviewing, candidate coaching, offer extensions, and coordinating with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and placement processes across the local market.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• Preferred 2-5 years in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction, responsibilities, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems and builds applicant pipelines.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placements.
• Assesses candidate qualifications, culture fit, and client requirements.
• Maintains candidate records and supports onboarding per client requirements.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates.
• Facilitates interviews and client briefings, and conducts post-interview debriefs.
