Responsibilities include conducting interviews, building talent pipelines, and coordinating onboarding while meeting service levels.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 2–5 years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record measured by customer satisfaction, service levels, and strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and manages candidate communications.
• Builds pipelines and maintains relationships with candidates.
• Conducts interviews, qualification checks, and onboarding as needed.
• Ensures compliance with recruitment KPIs and client requirements.
• Negotiates offers and coordinates candidate onboarding.
