Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and meeting KPI/SLA metrics for client delivery.

The role focuses on candidate engagement, interview coordination, screening, and process optimization to sustain a robust talent pipeline and successful placements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of equivalent work experience in a service provider environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Process- and KPI-oriented, with ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and builds workforce planning for continuous talent pipeline.
• Interacts with candidates onsite and online, providing accurate information on Adecco, offers, and training programs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit and placement options.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and client requirements.
• Performs candidate searches using Adecco tools and online resources.
