Zusammenfassung

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruitment, onboarding, and assignment life cycles. You will ensure high client satisfaction by managing performance KPIs and SLAs while building strong relationships with talent and clients.

You will recruit, screen, interview, coach, and guide candidates, maintaining pipelines and ensuring accurate, compliant records.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database skills required.

Aufgaben

• Administers job postings in various systems and maintains candidate flow.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and assesses cultural fit for client requirements.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Performs prescreening to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Guides candidates through resumes, interview prep, and onboarding processes.
• Creates executive summaries for resume submittals and maintains candidate records.
