Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to serve as the employment liaison for candidates and associates, guiding them through recruiting, onboarding and assignment lifecycle. You will maintain strong relationships, communicate program benefits, and ensure satisfaction while meeting KPI and SLA targets for client delivery.

In this role you will administer job postings, build pipelines, conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, and manage candidate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience; service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• MS Office and database skills required; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for roles.
• Completes candidate onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintains candidate/associate records in the tracking system.
