Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates/associates through recruiting, onboarding and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure client satisfaction by building strong relationships and meeting KPI/SLA metrics, while coordinating postings and candidate development.

The role emphasizes candidate coaching, interview facilitation, and maintaining pipelines to support client fulfillment, with a focus on service quality and compliance across processes.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication and customer service skills.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to learn new software are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding processes for candidates and associates.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Administer job postings and navigate various systems for staffing needs.
• Prepare candidate resumes and coaching for interviews and roles.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Track activity KPIs and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
