Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment cycles. You will drive KPI performance and ensure excellent client delivery, while sustaining strong relationships with candidates and the client.

The role involves managing postings, interviews, onboarding, and pipeline development, with a focus on quality, compliance, and efficient processes across multiple systems.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 3–5 years in service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and collaboration with teams.
• Strong organizational, communication and KPI-driven mindset is essential.

Aufgaben

• Administers job postings in various systems and maintains an active candidate pipeline.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and assesses candidates for qualification match and cultural fit.
• Builds relationships with active and passive candidates and guides them through onboarding.
• Ensures completion of hiring/onboarding processes per client and organizational requirements.
• Negotiates offers and facilitates client and candidate interviews and debriefs.
