Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor who will act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment processes. You will ensure satisfaction, manage KPIs and SLAs, and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to drive successful placements.

The role emphasizes interview coordination, resume coaching, and pipeline development to meet client needs and support continuous workforce supply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years preferred in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction, responsibilities, and relationships with colleagues and management.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented with ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Develops workforce planning strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of talent.
• Interact with candidates in person or online and provide accurate information about Adecco and placement options.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rate with clients.
