Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates through recruitment, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. The role emphasizes strong client delivery, KPI achievement, and sustaining a high-quality talent pipeline onsite.

You will manage postings, conduct interviews, guide candidates, and ensure accurate onboarding while maintaining compliant processes and robust candidate records.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented.
• MS Office and database skills required.
• Ability to build candidate relationships and networks.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Develops workforce planning to ensure a pipeline of quality talent.
• Interacts with onsite candidates in person or online.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Completes candidate hiring and onboarding processes.
• Maintains candidate records in the tracking database.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation.
