Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates, guiding them through recruiting, onboarding and assignment lifecycles. You will drive relations, coach candidates, and ensure satisfaction for our clients through KPI-driven performance.

The role emphasizes building pipelines, conducting interviews, and managing candidate records while aligning with client expectations and organizational requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison to candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle.
• Recruiting and skill marketing; manage job postings and local talent strategy.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess qualifications, culture fit, and client requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meet KPI and SLA recruitment targets and pre-screen candidates per policies.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and role-specific coaching.
• Complete hiring/onboarding processes per client and org requirements.
• Develop candidate summaries and maintain records in tracking system.
