• A high school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred; proven customer satisfaction track record.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented with strong MS Office and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems and builds a continuous talent pipeline.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and assesses fit with client requirements.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates for assignments.
• Maintains candidate records and onboarding in accordance with client requirements.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates and ensures KPI attainment.
