Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycles. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships, meeting KPI metrics, and delivering excellent client service across a global staffing network.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and strengthening relationships.

Aufgaben

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy.
• Assist candidates on-site or online with information, offers, and training guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and submission activity requirements.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and assess fit.
• Screen candidates for qualification, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Perform searches, analyze results, and adapt strategies for inventory needs.
• Assist candidates with resumes and interview preparation.
• Complete onboarding processes per client and organizational requirements.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates for future client requests.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
