Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the recruitment liaison for candidates throughout onboarding and assignment. You will ensure satisfaction, manage relationships, and drive performance against KPIs to deliver excellent client service.

Responsibilities include coordinating postings, screening, interviews, and candidate coaching, while maintaining candidate records and supporting onboarding, ensuring compliance with policies and client requirements.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record – measured by customer satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job postings in systems.
• Anticipate local talent market and plan workforce pipeline.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meet recruitment KPI and SLA metrics for client delivery.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement.
• Assess candidates for qualification, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Perform candidate searches using Adecco tools and the internet.
• Maintain candidate records and onboarding processes.
