Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships, meeting KPIs, and delivering excellent client service across multiple brands and locations.

Responsibilities include managing job postings, candidate interviews, onboarding, and building a robust talent pipeline, while complying with laws and internal policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years in service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database skills required.
• Ability to build and maintain candidate relationships; results-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and implements workforce planning for a continuous pipeline.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and assesses fit for client requirements.
• Maintains candidate records and ensures prescreening compliance with laws and policies.
• Facilitates interviews and manages candidate onboarding processes.
• Builds recruiting strategies and extends offers with compensation and bill rate negotiation.
