Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates from recruiting through onboarding and assignment. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships, achieving KPIs, and ensuring excellent client delivery across the lifecycle.

You will manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding while building a robust candidate pipeline and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Experience in the service provider industry preferred (2–5 years).

Aufgaben

• Act as liaison throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle to ensure candidate satisfaction.
• Administer job postings in various systems and manage candidate communications.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess fit for client requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates; develop a pipeline for future roles.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for specific roles.
• Ensure completion of hiring/onboarding processes in line with client requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and support ongoing pipeline development.
• Negotiate offers and provide client briefings; facilitate interviews with candidates and customers.
