Job summary

Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Supervisor to act as liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will maintain strong relationships, meet KPIs, and support client delivery from the onsite location.

Responsibilities include interviewing, coaching, resume support, and offer extensions while ensuring compliance and smooth processes for candidates and clients across our global network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented with proficiency in MS Office and databases.
• Proven ability to build and maintain candidate relationships and networks.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and maintains a pipeline of quality talent.
• Conducts candidate interviews and onboarding activities per client requirements.
• Negotiates offers and facilitates interviews with candidates and clients.
• Maintains candidate records and ensures compliance with laws and policies.
• Develops recruiting strategies and active/passive candidate engagement.
