Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding and assignment lifecycle. This role focuses on sustaining satisfaction by fostering strong relationships and meeting KPI metrics for client delivery.

The Onsite Supervisor will manage candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding in coordination with client needs, ensuring accurate information and efficient processes across systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of related work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and plans workforce strategy.
• Communicates with candidates about Adecco, offers, guidance and development programs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conducts interviews to qualify candidates and match client requirements.
• Searches candidates using Adecco tools and online resources; refines results.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep and coaching.
• Completes hiring/onboarding in line with client requirements.
• Maintains candidate pipeline for future client requests.
• Develops recruiting strategies for professional skills.
• Creates and manages strategies to attract top talent and retention.
