Job summary

Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Supervisor to act as the primary liaison for candidates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will ensure satisfaction by building strong relationships and delivering against KPI metrics.

Responsibilities include coordinating postings, pipeline planning, interviews, coaching, onboarding, and maintaining candidate records while upholding compliance and client requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented.
• Strong MS Office and database skills; ability to learn new software.
• Problem resolution and task prioritization abilities.
• Energetic, results-driven and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and skill marketing activities across systems.
• Anticipate local talent market and plan workforce pipeline.
• Engage with candidates in person or online with clear information.
• Build relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meet KPI and SLA metrics for client delivery.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess fit for roles.
• Screen candidates and manage prescreening per regulations.
• Prepare candidate resumes and provide interview coaching.
• Guide onboarding and offer negotiations with clients.
• Maintain candidate records in the tracking database.
