Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison and point of contact for candidates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycles. The role emphasizes maintaining strong relationships with associates, meeting KPI/SLA targets, and ensuring excellent client delivery.

The position requires strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills, with proficiency in MS Office and databases, and a background in the service provider industry preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and qualification matching.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Completes candidate hiring/onboarding per client requirements.
• Maintains candidate records and builds talent pipelines.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates.
