Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with candidates and associates and by meeting KPI/SLA targets for client delivery.

You will recruit, post jobs, manage pipelines, interview candidates, and facilitate offers. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of work experience.
• Service provider industry experience preferred (2–5 years).
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains candidate relationships with active and passive talent.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Ensures qualification match and cultural fit with client requirements.
• Develops candidate executive summaries and maintains records.
• Extends offers, negotiates compensation and bill rates.
