Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor who serves as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and building strong relationships with both talent and clients.

In this role you will implement workforce planning, manage postings and interviews, coach candidates, and drive KPI/SLA performance to deliver outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of related work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and strong working relationships.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and plans workforce strategy.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation and coaching.
• Builds and maintains candidate relationships.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and client needs.
• Performs second-level screenings ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
• Develops candidate executive summaries for submittals.
• Maintains candidate/associate records in tracking database.
• Extends offer of assignment including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
