Job summary

The Adecco Group is hiring an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison through recruiting, onboarding and assignment lifecycle. You will build candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, manage submission KPIs, and ensure strong client delivery while maintaining high candidate satisfaction.

This role requires a high school diploma and 3-5 years in the service provider industry, with excellent organizational, communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience in service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication and customer service skills.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database skills required.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and implements workforce planning to maintain pipeline.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes in line with client requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate/associate records in the tracking database.
