Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will maintain strong candidate relationships, meet KPI metrics, and ensure high client delivery. This role focuses on efficient staffing, strategic workforce planning, and effective candidate coaching.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, interviewing, pipeline development, and smooth onboarding, with a strong emphasis on customer service and process excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 3–5 years in a related role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and customer service abilities are essential.
• Proven ability to meet KPI and SLA metrics in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data handling skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain candidate relationships and networks.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings across systems and manages candidate communications.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and qualification assessments.
• Builds talent pipelines and active/passive candidate relationships.
• Leads recruitment activities to meet client requirements and timelines.
• Extends offers and coordinates onboarding in line with client policies.
• Maintains accurate candidate records and conducts pre-screening per regulations.
