Qualifications

• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and plan workforce pipelines.
• Guide candidates through information about Adecco, offers, and training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
