Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will maintain strong relationships, ensure quality hires, and meet KPI/SLA targets to deliver exceptional client service.

You will manage postings, screening, and onboarding steps while supporting candidates with guidance and training opportunities. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and a candidate-first approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in a service provider environment preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates (passive and active).
• Conducts behavioral interviews and qualifying assessments.
• Manages candidate onboarding and hiring processes.
• Ensures KPI/SLA targets are met for client delivery.
• Maintains candidate records in tracking systems.
