Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with candidates and associates while meeting performance KPIs and client delivery expectations.

You will oversee candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding, build talent pipelines, and extend offers with negotiation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years in service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand local talent market; implement workforce planning for talent pipeline.
• Attend to all candidates at onsite or online and provide clear information on Adecco processes.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs; conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and cultural fit for client requirements.
• Performs searches, analyzes results, and adjusts as needed for inventory.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for roles.
• Completes hiring/onboarding in line with client and organizational requirements.
• Maintains candidate/associate records in tracking database.
• Builds a pipeline for future client requests and recruitment strategies.
• Extends offers including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and clients; conducts debriefs.
• Performs second-level screenings ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
• Develops executive summaries for resume submittal.
